Booking Appointments with Student Support Staff & Drop-ins
For intial University related advice (including advice relating to Student Support) please visit the Information Hub which is located at the main University entrance.

The drop-ins are for Academic Advice, Disability & Inclusion Advice Service (DIAS) and Student Funding Advice and will be in Student Support (now located in the West Block next to the Student Hub).
- Academic Advice = Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12pm - 1.30pm
- DIAS = Mondays from 10am - 11am and Thursdays from 11am - 12pm
- Student Funding Advice = Mondays & Wednesdays from 12pm - 1.30pm
Students are encouraged to attend an advertised drop-in in the first instance, where this is not possible for study reasons or your query is complex, please request an appointment.
As the drop-ins are time limited there will be a set number of spaces/tickets per drop-in issued on a ‘first come, first served’ basis – if you are not able to be seen at that drop-in you can attend on another day or you can make an appointment with the relevant team.
When attending a drop-in please arrive during the allocated time (or a little before if you wish) take a ticket, take a seat, and wait for your number to be called.
