This papier mâché creature was made by two Marjon Primary BEdstudents. A corrugated cardboard box was used as the support structure for the body and into this were inserted rolled newspaper tubes for the neck and legs. These have been textured with a spiral of string before being laminated with colouredtissue paper. Embellishments include pieces of an egg box for the eyes, wired string for a tail and wired loops for the wings.
